§2092.6.1.  Title insurance agents; errors and omissions requirements

A.  Every title insurance agent licensed in this state shall maintain an errors and omissions policy, which includes coverage for their acts or omissions as a title insurance agent, for the benefit of the title insurer or the depositor in amounts, under terms and conditions, and from insurers approved by the department, after considering the reasonableness of the cost and availability thereof.

B.  The title insurance agent shall furnish the title insurer with proof that the agent complies with this Section.
