PART XIV. RISK RETENTION GROUP LAW
§2071. Purpose
The purpose of this Part shall be to regulate the formation and operation of risk retention groups in Louisiana, formed pursuant to the provisions of the federal Risk Retention Amendments of 1986, as amended.
