§1475.  Life and health sales quotas; prohibitions

No existing contract between an insurer and an agent may be amended to add any provision that may require, as a quota, an agent to sell a specific number of life or health policies or a specific dollar amount of life or health insurance, unless that contract contains a provision requiring the agent to sell life or health insurance.
