§1450.8.  Advisory task force

A.  The committee shall appoint an advisory task force with a representative from each of the following:

(1)  A multiple line, national stock insurance company which is a subscriber to the American Agency System, which is not affiliated with any national trade association, and which is among the top ten nonauto liability writers in Louisiana.  

(2)  A domestic nonprofit health service and indemnity plan.  

(3)  A domestic commercial health insurer.  

(4)  Alliance of American Insurers.  

(5)  American Insurance Association.  

(6)  National Association of Independent Insurers.  

(7)  Independent Insurance Agents of Louisiana, Inc.  

(8)  Professional Insurance Agents Association of Louisiana.  

(9)  Louisiana Association of Fire and Casualty Companies.  

(10)  Louisiana Surplus Line Association.  

(11)  Property Insurance Association of Louisiana.  

(12)  Louisiana Insurers' Conference.  

(13)  New Orleans Insurance Executive Council.  

(14)  National Association of Life Insurance Companies.  

(15)  American Council of Life Insurance.  

(16)  Health Insurance Association of America.  

(17)  Louisiana Association of Life Underwriters.  

(18)  Louisiana Independent Administrators Association.  

(19)  Life Insurers' Conference.  

(20)  A multiple line, mutual national insurance company which is not a subscriber to the American Agency System and which is among the top three auto insurance writers in Louisiana.  

B.  The committee may also appoint other members to the advisory task force as it deems appropriate.
