§1404.2.  Examinations and investigations; subpoena; discovery

While conducting any examination or investigation, under R.S. 22:1404.1 or otherwise as may be provided by provisions of this Part, the commission by majority vote may instruct the commissioner of insurance to obtain testimony or records or other materials for the use of the commission under the powers he possesses in R.S. 22:1309 and R.S. 22:1310.  The provisions of R.S. 22:1315 shall apply to any testimony, record, or other material obtained under the provisions of this Section.
