§1366.  Use of injunctive process

The commissioner is empowered, also, to seek the enforcement of any lawful written order made pursuant to R.S. 22:1359, or to secure the prevention or discontinuance of any violation of a prohibitory or mandatory licensing provision of this Code by legal action for injunction which may be filed in the district court in either the parish of East Baton Rouge or the parish in which the offender is domiciled, and he shall be represented in such actions by the attorney general or the attorney for his department, if such there is.
