§1361.  How review taken

The legal action shall be taken by filing with the clerk of court of the parish of East Baton Rouge a petition for a review of the commissioner of insurance's order, containing a copy of the order and a statement of the particulars in which it is claimed that the order is in error and a statement of the relief prayed for.  Service of such petition shall be made upon the commissioner of insurance in the manner provided by law.
