§125.  Dividends

No domestic mutual insurer shall pay any dividends to its policyholders unless it has a surplus beyond the initial minimum surplus required and all other liabilities, except a liability created under R.S. 22:124(2), equal to fifteen per cent of such initial minimum surplus.
