§1216.  Notice of hearing

Whenever the commissioner shall have reason to believe that any person has been engaged or is engaging in this state in any unfair trade practice as defined in Title 22 of the Louisiana Revised Statutes, whether or not defined in this Part, the commissioner shall notify such person of his belief and hold a hearing in accordance with the provisions of Part XXIX of Title 22 regarding such matter or matters.
