§1004.6.  Applicability; membership interests

A membership interest in a domestic mutual insurance holding company established under R.S. 22:820 shall not constitute a security as defined in Part X of Chapter 2 of Title 51 of the Louisiana Revised Statutes of 1950, the Louisiana Securities Law.
