CHAPTER 5.  UNINCORPORATED ASSOCIATIONS

§501.  Dissolution of unincorporated association

An unincorporated association, whether fraternal, patriotic, charitable, benevolent, literary, scientific, athletic, military, educational, philanthropic, social, or formed for some other noncommercial purpose, may be involuntarily dissolved and liquidated subject to supervision by the court, under the circumstances set forth in this Chapter.
