CHAPTER 4. SPECIAL CORPORATIONS
PART I. ELECTRIC COOPERATIVES
§401. Organization authorized
Cooperative, nonprofit membership corporations may be organized under this Part for the purpose of supplying electrical energy and promoting and extending the use thereof.
