§198. Additional funds
Should parish school boards in operating the program find that they are unable to operate satisfactorily on the rate of reimbursement according to this appropriation, then it becomes the responsibility of the parish school board to secure the additional funds needed. The state board of education is authorized to withdraw all amounts appropriated for the use and benefit of the lunches for school children from the state treasury in accordance with existing law and for expenditure for the purposes stated in this Sub-part.
