Each county clerk and the Secretary of State shall keep a book in which he shall enter certain information concerning candidates to be chosen by convention. Such book shall include the name, place of residence, office for which the person is a candidate, party designation, and the date of the receipt of the form required to be filed by KRS 118.325(3). Such book shall be a public record. Effective: January 1, 1985 History: Created 1984 Ky. Acts ch. 185, sec. 1, effective January 1, 1985.
