218A.993 Penalty for chapter provisions without a specific penalty. Any person who violates any provision of this chapter for which a specific penalty is not otherwise provided shall be guilty of a Class B misdemeanor. Effective: July 15, 1994 History: Created 1994 Ky. Acts ch. 412, sec. 1, effective July 15, 1994.
