524.060 Bribing a juror. (1) A person is guilty of bribing a juror when he offers, confers or agrees to confer any pecuniary benefit upon a juror with intent to influence the juror's vote, opinion, <br>decision or other action as a juror. (2) Bribing a juror is a Class D felony. Effective: January 1, 1975 <br>History: Created 1974 Ky. Acts ch. 406, sec. 205, effective January 1, 1975.
