CHAPTER 517 BUSINESS AND COMMERCIAL FRAUDS
517.040 Bait advertising.
Download pdfpersons property or services as part of a scheme or plan with the intent not to sell or
provide the advertised property or services:
(a) At the price at which he offered them; or
(b) In a quantity sufficient to meet the reasonably expected public demand, unless the quantity is specifically stated in the advertisement; or (c) At all. (2) Bait advertising is a Class A misdemeanor. Effective: January 1, 1975
