CHAPTER 454 MISCELLANEOUS CIVIL PRACTICE PROVISIONS
454.185 Qualifications of sureties.
Download pdfor by the Rules of Civil Procedure must be a resident of this state, and be worth double
the sum to be secured beyond the amount of his debts, and have property liable to
execution in this state equal to the sum to be secured. If there be two (2) or more sureties
in the same bond they must, in the aggregate, have the qualifications prescribed in this
section. Effective: July 1, 1953
