395.645 Clerk to record settlements and reports. When the court directs, settlements of the accounts of fiduciaries made before and <br>reported by any trial commissioner, and all reports of estates or funds received or <br>disbursed, under order of the court, by its trial commissioner, after they have been <br>confirmed by the court, shall be recorded by the clerk of the court in a book to be <br>provided for that purpose. The vouchers accompanying the settlements or reports shall <br>not be recorded. Effective: June 17, 1978 <br>History: Amended 1978 Ky.
