395.290 Extent of liability of representative. No failure to plead or make defense and no plea or answer made by a personal <br>representative shall render him liable for more than the amount of assets that come to his <br>hands to be administered, but the judgment of the court shall render him liable only for <br>the amount of assets in his hands unadministered.
