367.843 Action for relief by purchaser. Any person who purchases a motor vehicle and thereby suffers any ascertainable loss of <br>money or property, real or personal, as a result of a violation of KRS 367.842, may bring <br>an action under the provisions of KRS 367.220 for relief. Effective: July 15, 1986 <br>History: Created 1986 Ky. Acts ch. 387, sec. 4, effective July 15, 1986.
