367.160 Cooperation of state agencies -- Access to material evidence and information by utility and health insurance intervenors.

Service Commission relating to any case before it as other parties to the case. (3) The persons designated by the Attorney General as health insurance consumer intervenors shall have the same access to material evidence and information of the
commissioner of the Department of Insurance relating to any health insurance rate
hearings before it as other parties to the hearing. Effective: July 15, 2010
