(Repealed, effective January 1, 2011) If the statement in the application for registration of a foreign limited partnership was <br>false when made, or any arrangements or other facts described in the application have <br>changed, making the application false in any respect, then the foreign limited partnership <br>shall file with the Secretary of State a certificate in the form prescribed by the Secretary <br>of State, signed by a general partner, correcting the statement. The certificate shall be <br>effective upon filing with the Secretary of State. Effective: July 12, 2006 <br>History: Repealed 2010 Ky. Acts ch. 151, sec. 151, effective January 1, 2011. -- Created 2006 Ky. Acts ch. 149, sec. 168, effective July 12, 2006. Legislative Research Commission Note (1/1/2011). 2010 Ky. Acts ch. 151, sec. 151, has repealed this statute effective January 1, 2011.
