351.020 Commissioner of Department for Natural Resources -- Functions. (1) The Department for Natural Resources shall be headed by the commissioner of the Department for Natural Resources. (2) The department shall administer all laws of the Commonwealth relating to mines. Effective: June 20, 2005 <br>History: Amended 2005 Ky.
