311.991 Penalty. Any person who manufactures, distributes, sells, or prescribes amygdalin (laetrile) in <br>violation of the standards established by the secretary of the Cabinet for Health and <br>Family Services shall be punished by a fine of not less than five hundred dollars (&#36;500) <br>and not more than two thousand dollars (&#36;2,000), or by imprisonment in the county jail <br>for a period not to exceed six (6) months, or both.
