311.952 Availability of laetrile to patient. Amygdalin (laetrile) shall only be available to a patient by prescription from his doctor <br>and only after the patient affirms his desire for treatment using this substance by signing a <br>written informed request form and the physician has determined the patient to be <br>terminally ill.
