311.950 Status of laetrile -- May be prescribed, when.

the state. A physician may prescribe amygdalin (laetrile) pursuant to KRS 311.956 if the
patient so requests on a written informed request form and the physician has determined
the patient to be terminally ill. Effective: July 15, 1980
