311.928 Limitation on construction of KRS 311.900 to 311.928. No provision of KRS 311.900 to 311.928 shall be construed so as to limit or prevent any <br>person duly licensed or certified under the laws of this state from practicing the <br>profession for which he was licensed or certified.
