(1) An acupuncture practitioner shall use the designation &quot;certified acupuncturist&quot; or &quot;C.Ac.&quot; following his or her name in all advertisements, professional literature, and <br>billings used in connection with his or her practice. (2) The certification issued by the board shall be conspicuously displayed in the certified acupuncture practitioner's place of business. (3) A person who is not certified under KRS 311.671 to 311.686 shall not use any terms, words, abbreviations, letters, or insignia that indicate or imply that he or she <br>is engaged in the practice of acupuncture.
