311.6231 Court-appointed fiduciary bound by terms of grantor's advance directive -- Power of surrogate to act.
Download pdfgrantor's principal domicile appoints a fiduciary charged with the care and protection of
the grantor's person, the fiduciary shall be bound by the terms of the grantor's advance
directive. If the advance directive designates a surrogate to make health care decisions for
the grantor, the surrogate may continue to act. Effective: July 15, 1998
