311.545 Contract with other state agencies -- Records -- Annual report to Governor. The State Board of Medical Licensure may utilize such materials, services or facilities as <br>may be made available to it by other state agencies or may contract therefor, to such <br>extent or degree as the board, in its discretion, may determine. It shall keep accurate <br>records of its activities, reporting annually to the Governor. Effective: July 15, 2002 <br>History: Amended 2002 Ky.
