311.540 Meetings -- Officers -- Compensation.

311.540 Meetings -- Officers -- Compensation. The State Board of Medical Licensure shall hold meetings at least semiannually and more <br>frequently if necessary, at such places and times as the board may determine. The board <br>shall elect a president, vice president and secretary from among its members and adopt <br>such rules and bylaws as the board deems necessary. Any and all members of the board <br>may administer oaths in matters pertaining to official duties. The members of the board <br>shall receive the sum of one hundred dollars (&#36;100) per day for each meeting attended <br>and shall also be entitled to reimbursement for all reasonable expenses for travel, lodging <br>and subsistence incurred in connection with attendance of meetings of the board.
