311.470 Display of licenses -- Advertising. (1) Any person who practices podiatry shall display his license, together with the annual license renewal certificate, in a conspicuous place in the office in which he <br>practices. (2) No person practicing or offering to practice podiatry shall in any manner advertise the prices charged for his services; nor shall he advertise in newspapers, in <br>periodicals, by handbills or circulars, or in bold-face type in any printed matter, or <br>by the use of any form of display sign; except that he may, upon opening an office <br>or upon change of address, mail or publish announcements to that effect provided <br>such announcements shall not appear more than three (3) times in public print, and <br>the form of such announcement shall be determined by the board.
