311.376 Construction of KRS 311.375. Nothing in KRS 311.375 shall be construed as authorizing the unlicensed practice of any <br>profession or business referred to in KRS 311.375. Nor shall anything in KRS 311.375 be <br>construed as repealing or amending any law or laws relating to licensure or regulation of <br>the professions or businesses referred to in KRS 311.375.
