311.350 College to keep record of bodies.

311.350 College to keep record of bodies. Any college receiving human bodies shall keep a record of them in a book to be kept at <br>the college for that purpose. The book shall at all times be subject to inspection by any <br>officer of the state or county, or relative or friend of any deceased person whose body <br>may have been delivered to or be in the possession of the college. The record shall show <br>the name, if known, the age, sex, date and cause of death, the date when the body came <br>into the possession of the college, the date of interment and the final place of interment, <br>together with any distinguishing marks by which the body may be identified.
