311.1939 Sale or purchase of parts prohibited.

individual's death shall be imprisoned in the penitentiary for not less than one (1)
nor more than five (5) years or be fined not more than fifty thousand dollars
($50,000), or both. (2) A person may charge a reasonable amount for the removal, processing, preservation, quality control, storage, transportation, implantation, or disposal of a
part. Effective: July 15, 2010
