304.40-140 Rights and privileges of directors of stabilization reserve fund. No member of the board of directors of the stabilization reserve fund who is otherwise a <br>public officer or employee shall suffer a forfeiture of his office or employment or any loss <br>or diminution in the rights and privileges appertaining thereto, by reason of membership <br>on the board of directors of the stabilization reserve fund.
