304.40-130 Exemption from liability when acting in good faith. There shall be no liability on the part of, and no cause of action of any nature shall arise <br>against the association, the commissioner or the commissioner's authorized <br>representatives or any other person or organization, for any statements or actions made in <br>good faith by them during any proceedings or concerning any matters within the scope of <br>KRS 304.40-030 to 304.40-140.
