304.38-205 Medicare supplement coverage for persons not eligible for Medicare by reason of age. Health maintenance organizations delivering or issuing for delivery in Kentucky <br>Medicare supplement contracts as defined in KRS 304.14-500 to 304.14-550, or renewing <br>such contracts, shall make available upon request Medicare supplement coverage for <br>persons not eligible for Medicare by reason of age. In the case of group contracts, the <br>request shall be made by the group contract holder. Effective: July 15, 1988 <br>History: Created 1988 Ky. Acts ch. 354, sec. 4, effective July 15, 1988.
