304.32-275 Medicare supplement coverage for persons not eligible for Medicare by reason of age. Nonprofit hospital, medical-surgical, dental, and health service corporations delivering or <br>issuing for delivery Medicare supplement contracts as defined in KRS 304.14-500 to <br>304.14-550, or renewing such contracts, shall make available upon request Medicare <br>supplement coverage for persons not eligible for Medicare by reason of age. In the case of <br>group contracts, the request shall be made by the group contract holder. Effective: July 15, 1988 <br>History: Created 1988 Ky. Acts ch. 354, sec. 3, effective July 15, 1988.
