304.18-034 Medicare supplement insurance for persons not eligible for Medicare by reason of age. Insurers delivering or issuing for delivery in Kentucky group Medicare supplement <br>insurance policies as defined in KRS 304.14-500 to 304.14-550, or renewing such <br>policies, shall make available upon request of the group policyholder Medicare <br>supplement insurance for persons not eligible for Medicare by reason of age.
