An application for or an existing certificate of registration of an insurance purchasing <br>outlet may be denied, suspended, or revoked for any reason a penalty could be imposed <br>upon an administrator's license in accordance with KRS 304.9-440. In addition to denial, <br>suspension, or revocation, a civil penalty may also be imposed. Effective: July 15, 2002 <br>History: Created 2002 Ky. Acts ch. 207, sec. 4, effective July 15, 2002.
