The commissioner shall report every six (6) months to the Interim Joint Committee on <br>Banking and Insurance, and to the Governor on the state of the Independent External <br>Review Program. The report shall include a summary of the number of reviews <br>conducted, medical specialties affected, and a summary of the findings and <br>recommendations made by the independent external review entity.
