(1) All group health benefit plans which provide dependent benefits shall offer the master policyholder the following two (2) options to purchase coverage for an <br>unmarried dependent child: <br>(a) Coverage until age nineteen (19) and coverage to unmarried children from nineteen (19) to twenty-five (25) years of age who are full-time students <br>enrolled in and attending an accredited educational institution and who are <br>primarily dependent on the policyholder for maintenance and support; and (b) Coverage until age twenty-five (25). (2) The offer of coverage under paragraph (b) of subsection (1) of this section shall include a disclaimer that selecting either option may have tax implications.
