304.13-335 Certain rates to be based on Kentucky experience. Rates for professional, commercial, and governmental liability insurance shall be based <br>on Kentucky experience when actuarially credible. This section shall not apply to rates <br>for motor vehicle liability insurance, workers' compensation insurance, and employers' <br>liability insurance.
