304.9-190 Conduct of examinations. (1) The commissioner shall provide a reasonable opportunity to all applicants to take the examinations required by this subtitle. Examinations shall be held at least <br>monthly at places in this state designated by the commissioner reasonably accessible <br>to applicants, and at least weekly at Frankfort. (2) The commissioner shall give, conduct, and grade all examinations in a fair and impartial manner and without unfair discrimination as between individuals <br>examined. (3) The commissioner may require a reasonable waiting period before reexamination of an applicant who has failed to pass a previous examination covering the same line <br>of authority.
