304.2.400 Insurance regulatory trust fund -- Use.
Download pdf304.4-010. (2) The moneys so received and deposited in the insurance regulatory trust fund shall be appropriated for use only by the department to defray the expenses of the
department in discharge of its administrative and regulatory powers and duties as
prescribed by law subject to the applicable laws relating to the appropriation of state
funds and to the deposit and expenditure of state moneys. The department shall be
responsible for the proper expenditure of these moneys as provided by law. Effective: July 15, 2010
