304.2-370 Appeal from the commissioner. (1) An appeal from the commissioner shall be taken only from a final order on hearing and in accordance with KRS Chapter 13B. (2) The appeal shall be granted as a matter of right, and shall be taken to the Franklin Circuit Court. Effective: July 15, 2010 <br>History: Amended 2010 Ky.
