(1) Upon the request of any person and payment of the applicable fee, the commissioner shall furnish a certified copy of any record or document in the <br>department which is then subject to public inspection, as provided in subsection (3) <br>of KRS 304.2-150. (2) Reproductions of records or documents on file in the department, when duly certified by the commissioner, shall be received in evidence in all proceedings and <br>courts equally and in like manner as if they were the originals, and shall have the <br>same effect and force as such originals, as in other cases provided by law or rule of <br>court.
