286.5-805 Passbook notice required of federally uninsured association. Any savings and loan association that is not fully insured by the Federal Savings and <br>Loan Insurance Corporation shall, in any advertisement, on all passbooks and all other <br>printed forms of communication carry the following statement: &quot;This association is not <br>federally insured.&quot; History: Created 1972 (1st Extra. Sess.) Ky. Acts ch. 1, sec. 5(1). <br>Formerly codified as KRS 289.805. <br>Legislative Research Commission Note (7/12/2006). In accordance with 2006 Ky. Acts ch. 247, secs. 38 and 39, this statute has been renumbered as a section of the <br>Kentucky Financial Services Code, KRS Chapter 286.
